You can attend class at any or all of our four westside studios with your package. That means that you can go to the Marina del Rey studio, the Brentwood studio, the West LA studio, and the West Hollywood studio using your introductory special – or any package you buy with us.

How do I start?
Buy the $99 Introductory Special Now! Your 30 days will activate the day of your first class, not the day of your purchase, so buy it now and start soon!
Reserve a class up to 7 days in advance. Arrive at least 10 or 15 minutes early. You will not be able to join your first class after it begins. Bring or wear socks, workout pants (that cover your knees) and any top (tank top/t-shirt, etc.) Please note: gum and cell phones are not allowed in class.

New Client Policy
First time students are required to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to class to complete our New Client Questionnaire. Admittance is not permitted once class has started. You will receive a brief tour of the facility from one of our staff and meet your teacher.
Injuries and Modifications
The Bar Method provides a safe environment for students with varying limitations, abilities and strengths to work toward common fitness goals in a noncompetitive atmosphere. The Bar Method instructors can tailor the work out to students with special needs and ensure that each student gains the maximum benefit from their class.
